There are a lot of extreme measures in the modern world, that include extreme diets, workouts, and other seemingly efficient quick fixes. These techniques seem beneficial in the short term, but as they cause stress (and guilt, when we can’t keep up with them), they are detrimental to our long term health. In this episode, I am sharing my tips on how to remove this guilt and health extremism and achieve long term health through easy, moderate, and enjoyable lifestyle changes.
