- 1 baby chicken (poussin) around 500g
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preheat your oven at 175 C (fan oven).
Place the chicken in a baking dish, brush it with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and sumac. You can add more sumac if you wish.
Bake the baby chicken for around 50 minutes or cooked through.
