- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 10 hard boiled quails eggs
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 4 anchovies
- 10 caper berries
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- juice of half a lemon
- black pepper
Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
Cut the eggs in half, separate the yolk then add it to the tuna.
Chop the anchovies finely and add them to the bowl.
Chop the caper berries finely and add them with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Place the mix on a plate and flatten with a fork. Slice the quails eggs in half and decorate. Add a few caper berries to decorate and enjoy!
