Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 8 basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Slice the tomatoes into thin to medium slices.
Place them on a plate. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Drizzle olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
Serving Tips
This can be made in advance as the sea salt brings out the juice from the tomatoes, creating a delicious dressing with the olive oil.
It’s lunch box friendly too!
