Marinaded in anti-inflammatory olive oil and black pepper and seasoned with salt and garlic powder, these steaks are mouthwatering. Enjoy!
- 2 steaks of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix. Place the steaks in a dish or food bag and coat them with the marinade.
Leave to marinate from 30 minutes to overnight, and take out of the fridge 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. Having the meat reach room temperature will ensure your steak is tender.
Brush or spray your pan with olive oil. Place on high heat until the pan is hot. Place the steak and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or each side or to your liking.
Once cooked, let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes, slice with a steak knife and serve.
