One Year Later – A Life-Changing Journey with EBS!

I have done a review previously when I started EBS, but I wanted to share another one a year later. I’ve followed Yalda for around a year and a half now. She was the one who inspired me to change my lifestyle and opened up my awareness of foods and the inflammation within the body.

Consistent Weight Loss and Feeling My Best Self!

I joined the platform mainly to see if I could lose a bit of weight. Most people would say I didn’t need much to lose, but I was feeling uncomfortable.

I had surgery in February and have suffered from severe water retention since then. I’ve always been sensitive to this, especially when it’s very hot in the summer. I have to admit that two very long flights to Australia and back in April didn’t help either.

A Life-Changing Transformation Without Workouts!

I wanted to share my husband’s transformation with you — 2018 to 2022.

Week 2 – Already Seeing Results!

Just into week 2 and lost 2 kg already. I had already cut out refined sugar and some other things prior to getting your membership but never had a structure to what I was doing – which made it so hard to stick to a routine. I went out for dinner with friends, and we ordered pizza and pasta. I had one small slice of pizza and just two tablespoons of the El Forno pasta. The best part? My body actually told me when I’d had enough—I knew how to portion my food, even on a cheat meal.
