A Lifelong Journey to Health and Inspiration!

I started following you on IG 2 years ago, and something about the way you formed the lifestyle and community really resonated with me.

I’m 77 and have 2 lovely daughters in their 50s and grandchildren in their 20s. I’ve been married for 56 years, and we are a close family. My lovely sister Ingrid is a member of EBS.

In my younger days, I suffered from continuing migraines, so I took painkillers all the time. Looking back now, with the experience and knowledge you gain as you get older, I realize I was really harming my gut. So, I’ve had problems for about 20 years. Gastritis was diagnosed after an endoscopy and scans, etc.

I have learned the only way to deal with it is through a good diet and lifestyle. So that’s where you got me! I do yoga classes too.

I really think this makes so much difference with a strong core and good posture, so that is why I absolutely love your information — but it’s so much more than that.

Feeling Great in Week 4 of the Reset!

Week 4 of the reset and feeling so great. I’ve just rejoined the platform after being a member a while ago.

I knew how to follow the lifestyle, but rejoining has helped me reincorporate those bad habits.

The biggest change for me has been the increased mental focus and energy throughout the day.

As a long COVID sufferer, I have tried some supplements in the past which helped to an extent, but the diet and lifestyle changes made all the difference. I feel like myself again.

A True Life Changer!

I have always suffered from IBS and chronic constipation, and had more health issues after pregnancy. Eventually, I was diagnosed with SIBO, anemia, chronic gastritis, gluten & dairy intolerance, chronic migraines, and anxiety.

12 Weeks In – Thrilled with My Results!

I was diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases. I had been researching for a few years trying to understand why this happened. Then I discovered Eat Burn Sleep.

Everything then fell into place.

I have been on my lifestyle change journey for 12 weeks now, and I’m thrilled with my results. Inflammation has dropped dramatically, I wake up feeling rested, my mind now has clarity (no fog), and I love the recipes. Feeling Amazing on the Lifestyle – A Real Transformation!

I love how I feel when I’m on the lifestyle. My energy levels are high, I don’t feel hungry, or have any sweet cravings like I used to.

Being perimenopausal, my hormones are more balanced, and my hot flushes are gone! I sleep better and don’t wake up at night. It’s amazing. I actually slept for 8 hours straight the other night.

I started last November, and now I just do it 80/20 most of the time, a little more strict if I need to reset and lose more weight. I can definitely see the difference when I fall off the wagon and indulge! Even my brain shuts down, and I can’t think clearly when I don’t follow the guidance!

I have loved every recipe I have tried so far and look forward to trying out more.

I’m so happy I finally started the lifestyle once and for all!
My first week was amazing. I felt lighter, definitely lost weight. I usually eat very healthy but the lifestyle helped me focus on portions, avoiding emotional or out of boredom eating. Halfway and Already Thrilled!
I was going to wait until I completed the full six weeks, but I’m halfway through and the results are already so encouraging.

I no longer feel permanently bloated, my cellulite has reduced significantly, and the results from my workouts are visible after each session!

It’s been tough at times (like cutting portions down to what your body actually needs!), but this is such a realistic and attainable program—and it makes more and more sense as each day goes by.

From Flare-Ups to Freedom!
The Eat Burn Sleep lifestyle changed my life at a time when I truly didn’t know where else to turn.

After just 6 weeks, the inflammation from my Ulcerative Colitis had drastically reduced, and I was completely pain-free. Even the inflammation in my ankle from a running injury disappeared, and I was able to get back to running again.
