Psoriasis Under Control — Naturally!

I’ve been on the lifestyle for nine months now, and I’m so happy with my results.

I have not had a flare-up of my Psoriasis for a very long time.

It’s winter in Australia, and I normally start my light therapy to control the flare-ups, but this year, my dermatologist said I don’t need it. She was very interested in how I’ve stopped having flare-ups and wanted to know more about the EBS lifestyle.

I just finished the Six Week Reset and my psoriasis has diminished considerably!

I have followed Yalda’s advice and together with increased sun exposure, it has made a huge difference. It’s not completely gone but it’s reduced and under control after only 6 weeks (I started after a terrible flare created by steroid creams).

I will continue with the lifestyle 80/20, the movement videos are truly effective and a real pleasure to do, and I find the lifestyle very flexible and suitable to all tastes and preferences (previously vegan, I found a balance I like with animal proteins only once a day).
