I love how I feel when I’m on the lifestyle. My energy levels are high. I don’t feel hungry or have any sweet cravings like I used to.
Being perimenopausal, my hormones are more balanced, and my hot flushes are gone! I sleep better and don’t wake up at night. It’s amazing. I actually slept for 8 hours straight the other night.
I started last November, and now I just do it 80/20 most of the time, a little more strict if I need to reset and lose more weight. I can definitely see the difference when I fall off the wagon and indulge! Even my brain shuts down, and I can’t think clearly when I don’t follow the guidance!
