I wanted to share my husband’s picture with you. 2018-2022
He has been working out at least 3 hours a day which included a gym and running but nothing ever worked. Always struggling and thinking of times when he would get fit.
And then he bought your subscription for me in September and decided he would join me in doing it and we started in October.
This is him in April 2022. From 104-86kg only by following your plan excluding any kind of workout. We haven’t done any movement videos as yet. We did 6 weeks reset 100% and now we cheat on weekends. So basically we are following the plan 80-20.
I have lost 5 kgs but feel much better. But my husband’s result is like an achievement for him. He’s enjoying this a lot, wearing clothes he wanted to. He feels great and in fact, his shoe size has decreased from 11 to 10 and clothes from XL – M, waist 36 to 32.
Thank you so much for giving us this life-changing experience. We both feel amazing but this is like next-level of achievement.
