Sweet potatoes with rosemary and sage

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of goose fat / coconut oil / olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of sage
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • A scrunch of black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven at 190°C or 380°F.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes in halves and then in medium-size slices. Place them in your roasting dish, add salt, pepper, and goose fat.
  3. Mix making sure the sweet potatoes are well coated.
  4. Add the herbs on top and bake for about 30 minutes at 190°C or 380°F.
