- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of goose fat / coconut oil / olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of sage
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- A scrunch of black pepper
- Preheat your oven at 190°C or 380°F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes in halves and then in medium-size slices. Place them in your roasting dish, add salt, pepper, and goose fat.
- Mix making sure the sweet potatoes are well coated.
- Add the herbs on top and bake for about 30 minutes at 190°C or 380°F.
