Fresh Quinoa Salad

This fresh quinoa salad is a vibrant, nutrient-packed dish that’s perfect for light lunches, meal prep, or as a colorful side at any gathering. Loaded with protein-rich quinoa and a vinaigrette dressing, it’s the kind of healthy grain salad that’s as satisfying as it is refreshing. Naturally gluten-free and easy to customize with your favorite seasonal produce, this easy quinoa recipe brings together texture, flavor, and nourishment in every bite—ideal for anyone looking to eat well without sacrificing taste or convenience.

One of the reasons Members love the platform is the delicious, easy-to-make recipes that promote healing. Meal planning, shopping lists, food lists…all taken care of. Busy members who previously didn’t like cooking love them, too. Every ingredient is carefully selected for its beneficial effects on gut healthanti-inflammatory properties, and nutritional value.

Superfood quinoa is an excellent source of complete protein (it contains all 9 amino acids) and is exceptionally high in lysine, essential for tissue growth and repair. Combining E vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and monounsaturated fatty acids, quinoa reduces unhealthy cholesterol levels and fights inflammation, which is terrific for heart health.

Combined with the other tasty, nutrient-rich ingredients, this lunch will satisfy your body and mind, boosting you throughout the afternoon. It has an earthy, grassy, sweet, and tangy taste that is so refreshing.

Don’t forget to rinse the quinoa well to remove the saponins (they are naturally occurring insecticides that give the seed a bitter taste). If you like quinoa, like we do, here are some other recipes: Salmon & Quinoa Poke Bowl and Quinoa Stir Fry.

Digestion is aided by easily made and enjoyed recipes! Enjoy healing your body.

Yes it is always good to add more protein to a meal, if you are having this for lunch you could add 2 boiled eggs or some canned fish. This quinoa salad goes well with any of the meat and poultry recipes on the platform.

Would you recommend pairing any further protein with this?
