Yes it absolutely fine to enjoy daily but it is also important to aim for a wide variety of foods throughout the week.

As this is on the green list, could it be taken daily as a "snack" (i.e. between main meals). If not, how many times a week is it recommended?

Absolutely delicious!! What protein powder brand is recommended. I used "true natural goodness", organic chocolate whey protein and the ingredients state 95% organic whey protein (milk),5% organic Cacao powder, is that suitable?

I have cut out chocolate due to heartburn will I be ok with this or use a strawberry protein and no cacao?

That’s a great idea! The taste will work very well with the chocolate too :)

It is best to have this from week 2. Why not have it with a boiled egg or add half an avocado if you find you are getting hungry.

Is natural (nothing added) peanut butter allowed on Week 1? I've found that adding a tablespoon to my shakes helps keep me satiated.
