I made this and want to share my tips for others making it. After Step 2, I didn't see my sweet potatoes brown, so after about 5/6 minutes I proceeded to next step. I didn't have tamari, so I substituted with soy sauce. Step 5, after you bring to boil, how many minutes do you let it simmer, or do you turn it off then? Tastes delicious, ty!
