  • 1 gem lettuce
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 mini Persian cucumbers
  • A handful of olives
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil (180g)
  • 2 spring onions
  • Fresh chives
  • Garlic granules
  • Smoked paprika


  1. Chop all your ingredients according to your liking and mix them in a medium bowl.
  2. For the dressing, place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them. I also sometimes put them in an empty glass jar and shake it.
  3. Dress the salad and enjoy!
