Sugar-free Lemonade

Lemons are legendary!

Regular consumption will relieve indigestion, heartburn, nausea, and stomachache and decrease kidney stone formation.

They also reduce heart disease and lower cholesterol. Plus, citrus peel fights free radicals, supports the thyroid, and balances blood sugar levels.

Prepared with filtered water, this drink is refreshing and hydrating.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 3 lemons (organic if you can)
  • 34fl oz or 1l of filtered water
  • Stevia to taste (liquid or powder. Just make sure it is 100% pure stevia)
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Squeeze the lemons in a jug.

  2. Add the water, ice, and stevia.

  3. It is ready! You can do twists on this and add mint and/or cucumber if you like.

  4. We also like to put the squeezed lemon halves in the jug for a stronger flavor and added nutrition benefits. Enjoy!
