Japanese Greens Salad

Calming and cooling lettuce in three varieties provides your body with nerve-relaxing compounds, easing bloat, strengthening heart and blood vessels, and being a valuable source of folate and soluble fiber.

Despite being incredibly refreshing and energizing (need we say, delicious?), this crunchy, zingy salad will also induce a sense of calm, not just because of the stress-reducing compounds.

Good gut bacteria will also work biologically on mental well-being, as this beautiful salad is so good for gut health.

Inspired by Japanese flavors, it is rich in good fat from cashews and avocado and delivers potassium, folate, and anti-oxidants to your body!

Enjoy the textures and tastes with each mouthful. So many delights!
