- Good quality fresh eggs
- Fill a medium saucepan with water. Put it on high heat until you get a rolling boil. Reduce the heat to medium to high, and gently lower your eggs in the water, one by one, using a tablespoon. Make sure there is enough water to cover the eggs.
- Set your timer to 12 minutes and boil the eggs for exactly 12 minutes.
- With your tablespoon, remove the eggs, one at a time, and place them on a plate to cool at room temperature. Wait for the eggs to have cooled down to peel them.
- Voilà, it is ready!
