Immune Boosting Chicken Soup

Our Immune Boosting Chicken Soup is one of the most popular recipes inside the Eat Burn Sleep membership, and for good reason. This comforting, nourishing soup is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients that support overall health and wellbeing while being simple to prepare and delicious to eat.

Made with wholesome ingredients, quality protein, vegetables, herbs, and spices, this recipe provides a balanced meal that can be enjoyed throughout the year. It is particularly popular during the colder months, when members are looking for warming, nutrient-dense meals that fit easily into an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. The slow-cooked ingredients create a rich flavour while providing nutrients that support the body during periods of stress, recovery, or seasonal challenges.

At Eat Burn Sleep, we believe that healthy eating should be practical, sustainable, and enjoyable. Our recipes are designed to help reduce the inflammatory load on the body while providing satisfying meals that the whole family can enjoy. The Immune Boosting Chicken Soup perfectly reflects this philosophy, combining simple ingredients with powerful nutritional benefits.

Inside the Eat Burn Sleep membership, you’ll find hundreds of anti-inflammatory recipes, structured meal plans, Expert Advice, movement programmes, masterclasses, and health resources designed to support your long-term wellbeing. Whether your goal is improving energy, supporting your immune system, managing weight, improving digestion, or reducing inflammation, our membership provides the tools and guidance to help you succeed.

If you’re looking for a comforting, nourishing meal that has become a firm favourite among our members, this Immune Boosting Chicken Soup is the perfect place to start.

You could try a tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

What can I add with the eggs instead of the lemon?

The soup will keep for 5 days in the fridge and the texture should not be impacted, however if you freeze it with the egg in, then it might be.

If you are freezing, freeze without the egg and add the egg after defrosting as you will notice a change in texture and potentially taste.

IF you are preparing in advance, how does the egg yolks steps get impacted? Is it the same and then you can store it after that? (or freeze it?)

Are there any freezing options with this soup?
