This Anti-Cravings Vanilla and Cinnamon Shake was specially created for the Kardashians on Poosh, and it’s become a favorite for anyone needing a delicious and nourishing way to curb cravings.
Formulated with ingredients that stabilize blood sugar, support metabolism, and satisfy your sweet tooth without spiking insulin, this shake is ideal for those managing cravings and focusing on healthy weight management. It’s smooth, creamy, and filled with warming vanilla and cinnamon flavors that feel indulgent while being anti-inflammatory and gut-friendly.
Cinnamon is a powerful spice known for its ability to regulate blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, and aid digestion. It also helps reduce sweet cravings naturally, making it an ideal addition to a shake designed for long-term balance and satisfaction. Vanilla adds a soothing flavor profile and is known for its calming effects on the nervous system, so you’re not just feeding your body, you’re soothing your mind, too.
This shake is dairy-free and gluten-free with the perfect balance of protein, good fats, and fiber to keep you feeling full and energized. Whether used as a meal replacement, post-workout recovery, or a smart snack between meals, it’s a versatile tool for staying on track.
For members of the Eat Burn Sleep platform, there is Expert Advice on Weight Loss that goes far beyond calorie counting. Our approach focuses on reducing inflammation, balancing hormones, and restoring gut health, leading to sustainable and enjoyable weight loss.
This shake is a perfect example of that philosophy: delicious, healing, and supportive of your long-term goals.

Can I use coconut milk instead
04/27/25Yalda Alaoui
Hello! Oat and rice milk are higher in sugars so maybe use half and water for the other half. Just make sure there are no additives in them listed in the red foods list :)

Can you use nut free milk or Oat milk?
01/13/25Lara
Yes though you may find it quite filling to eat those alongside the shake.

Can you have this with your breakfast? Would you need to omit anything from the meal if you did (e.g. scrambled eggs, salmon, few berries)
