Lunchbox: Prawns, Avocado, and Salad

Lunchbox: Prawns, Avocado, and Salad is a delicious and nutrient-rich way to support your fertility journey naturally. The Eat Burn Sleep anti-inflammatory lifestyle is not only effective for healing and managing chronic conditions, it’s also scientifically backed and supportive for those preparing their bodies for conception.

This vibrant lunchbox recipe includes powerhouse ingredients that are celebrated for their fertility-enhancing properties. Avocados, rich in monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, folate, and potassium, help regulate hormones and support egg quality. Prawns are an excellent source of high-quality protein, zinc, and selenium, key nutrients shown to improve sperm health and overall reproductive function.

Reducing inflammation, supporting the gut, and aiding liver detoxification are all essential to creating optimal conditions for conception, and that’s the foundation of the Eat Burn Sleep method. Every ingredient in this meal, and every meal on the platform, is thoughtfully chosen to help the body function at its best, whether you’re navigating fertility challenges or simply working to support long-term reproductive health.

This simple, fresh, and satisfying recipe is just one example of how enjoyable eating for fertility can be. It’s perfect for busy days, easy to prep ahead of time, and as nourishing as it is tasty.

For those looking to deepen their support, expert fertility advice is available to members on the Eat Burn Sleep platform. These specialized resources guide you through the nutritional, lifestyle, and emotional factors involved in boosting fertility naturally.

Eat well, heal deeply, and give your body the best chance, starting with your lunchbox.

You want to ensure there are no emulsifiers in the mayonnaise. It is always good to compare the ingredients lists against the EBS Food lists. I like the brands Hunter & Gather and Stokes if you are in the UK. Or you can make your own and follow the Olive Oil Mayonnaise recipe.

What mayonnaise is recommended with this? Are there brands better than others? Any ingredients to watch out for in the labels when selecting the mayo?
