Stewed Apples

Ready in moments and purely delicious.

Stewed apples by themselves are often overlooked. You don’t need anything with them because they are sweet enough. Inflammation-reducing cinnamon is a beautiful pairing for apples.

Apples improve the metabolic balance and slow down the rate at which sugar is absorbed into the bloodstream.

They strengthen bones, lower cholesterol, and tackle diarrhea and constipation (depending on what the body needs!). Apples are indeed wonderful for activating beneficial gut bacteria and for removing toxins.

You can have it with 2-ingredient Coconut Yogurt or almond butter for extra nutrition and yumminess!
