A former capital markets professional, I have always been interested in health. However it is my own health journey and the diagnosis in 2007 of two auto-immune diseases – Ulcerative Colitis and Auto-Immune Haemolytic Anemia- that made me extensively research health. A ten-year recovery lead me to sharing my knowledge and making a full career change.

I hold two masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and EDHEC Business School.

I have been involved with Ark Education for 11 years in various roles. I am a governor and finance link at Ark Bentworth Academy in Hammersmith as part of my charity work.

I am the mother of 2 boys, aged 9 and 11.



My aim is to educate people to take charge of their own health. Health cannot be outsourced. The key to disease prevention, physical wellbeing, mental clarity and productivity relies on knowing how to implement the right changes for the long term.

In this blog, you can find articles about health, nutrition, exercise as well as simple healthy recipes. I cook at home for my children so all my recipes are great for the whole family. Good health habits should be set from childhood for children to do well physically and mentally.


I regularly give health talks and workshops. To date, I have been involved with banks, hedge funds, embassies and schools.
