This full body routine uses weights, Yalda uses 1lb weights but you can use any weights or your choice, canned foods or continue with body weight.

Suitable for weeks 2 and 3 of your menstrual cycle.

    in the stomach muscles as I kept forgetting! What is the best workout for weeks 3-4 of a cycle following on from this?

    1. hello! this makes me happy to hear! You need to lower the intensity so I would do a full body movement with no weights, or with lower weights. Around menstruation, it is good to move but it is important to tone it down a touch.
