Struggled With PCOS Weight Previously

Francesca (name changed for privacy purposes) is 36, a busy Mother of two young girls that also works in the hospitality industry as a Marketing/E-commerce Manager.

I have been following the lifestyle very seriously for several weeks now. I lost 6kg, no more bloating, and my digestion has never been that good. Loving it.


I thought I would share with you a section I had last night at 2:00 am with one of your meditation segments. I could not sleep, so I thought I would try a meditation.
