Avocado is not only rich in plant hormones: beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol, which are amazing forces for inflammation reduction, but it is also a great source of omega-3, which adds extra joint lubrication.
Avocados also contain polyhydroxylated fatty acids (PFAs) which are wonderful at controlling and lowering inflammation, as well as protecting UV-induced damaged skin cells.
Cucumbers, rich in potassium and beta-carotene are good diuretics and aid in eliminating uric acid, which will have built up if you have arthritis or gout, kidney or bladder stones.
