- 0.7lb or 320g chicken breast
- 10 tbsps quinoa flakes
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 eggs
- Odourless coconut oil / avocado oil / olive oil for frying
Slice the chicken into small bite size pieces. This should yield around 18-20 pieces.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Heat a good amount of oil in a pan, on medium to high.
Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mix, and the dry mix, before placing it in the pan.
Fry for two minutes on each side, and place on a plate covered with a paper towel once cooked.
