  • 2 finely chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of mirin
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


  1. Mix all ingredients and enjoy with a salad, spread on a slice of paleo bread or for breakfast without or without eggs!
