Apple & Paprika Chicken



  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 pink lady apples
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 320 F / 160 C (fan oven).

  2. Place your chicken in a roasting dish and massage it with some olive oil.

  3. Add the thickly cut apple slices. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle paprika all over the chicken and apple.

  4. Roast at 320 F / 160 C for 45 min. Serve.
