  • 3 medium size zucchini
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • A crunch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven on the grill/broiler mode. Cut the zucchini length-wise and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt, a scrunch of black pepper, and drizzle the olive oil.
  2. Place under the grill for 10 minutes or until it darkens. Take out of the oven and serve immediately as a side dish.
