Charred Zucchini

Charred zucchini is a beautiful addition to your dinner plate – on top of an omelet or sliced in a salad. It goes beautifully with many other body-healing, anti-bloating Eat Burn Sleep recipes.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium size zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • A crunch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven (fan oven) on the grill/broiler mode. Cut the zucchini length-wise and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt, a scrunch of black pepper, and drizzle the olive oil.

  2. Place under the grill for 10 minutes or until it darkens. Take out of the oven and serve immediately as a side dish.
