Cinnamon Oranges

Build the body’s natural defenses and manage your blood sugar and blood pressure with this fresh and uplifting dish. Sunshine on a plate!

Mint accompanies the oranges, allowing for excellent relief from digestive issues and detoxification. Vibrant pistachios kernels pack in antioxidants that contain potent anti-inflammatory properties – and phytosterols, which are associated with disease-busting and immune defense.

Minerals such as zinc, iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium make this dish more than a pretty one. All ingredients in all recipes play their part in gut health and reducing inflammation.

Just breathing in the smell of anti-inflammatory cinnamon will boost cognitive function. Enjoy!
