- 100g white crab meat
- 2 tablespoons of salmon roe
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint
- Ground pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
- Perfect for a starter, double the quantities for the main course and serve with a side salad and half an avocado.
