Ingredients

  • 100g white crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons of salmon roe
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped mint
  • Ground pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
  2. Perfect for a starter, double the quantities for the main course and serve with a side salad and half an avocado.
