The simplest things are the best. This dairy-free scrambled eggs recipe is so easy and simple, yet so good. It works every time and, this is my favorite way to make scrambled eggs. You can check out my video on youtube where I show you how I make these. I like serving them with wild smoked salmon (more omega 3s) and tomatoes, avocado, or spinach.

  • 3 free-range organic eggs
  • salt, pepper
  • chives (optional)
  • 0live oil

  1. Whisk the eggs with the salt pepper and chives in a bowl.
  2. Put a little bit of oil in a pan on medium heat and pour the mixture.
  3. Stir with a spatula slowly and almost constantly. The eggs will become creamy and soft. The secret with scrambled eggs is patience. Keep the temperature on medium-low and move them around gently until they are ready. Enjoy!
