  • 1 tablespoon of collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
  • 1 cup or 240ml of almond milk
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 3 ice cubes
  • If you’d like to sweeten it, you can add the sweetener if your choice (cinnamon, stevia, maple syrup, honey or a date)
