Ingredients

  • 6 teaspoons of almonds
  • 6 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
  • 1 large apple
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Soak the nuts and seeds overnight in a bowl of water.
  2. In the morning, chop up your nuts and seeds. Chop an apple in cubes. Put the apple in a bowl, cover with the seed and nut mix, sprinkle with cinnamon.
