Mixed Herbs Salad

Eating and living well to protect yourself from diseases is imperative. Lessen gene expression by following this anti-inflammatory lifestyle on an 80/20 basis.

During treatment and in recovery, it is also important to include lots of greens that will be easy to digest, inflammation-reducing, and nutrient-dense.

Mint is great for easing indigestion and soothing stomach upsets. As an adaptogenic, it helps balance the body where it is needed. It also relieves headaches and fortifies the nervous system.

Basil, too, is great for digestion and headaches. Chives contain detoxifying sulfur and anti-inflammatory quercetin.

Apple cider vinegar is wonderful for alkalizing the body and relieving arthritic pain.

Last but not least is oak leaf salad! It is a vitamin K powerhouse leaf that plays a massive role in bone metabolism,  regulating blood calcium levels and blood clotting. Without vitamin K, the body cannot produce prothrombin (which is a clotting factor), necessary for blood clotting and bone metabolism.

Every ingredient is carefully considered for optimum health. Enjoy each of the fresh flavors in this salad. Chew really well.

Protect your body and keep healing.

Apple Cider Vinaigrette goes beautifully with this mixed herbs salad. Have you tried the Seafood, Asian Prawn, Prawn and Quail Egg, and Super Greens Salads yet?
