1 teaspoon of nut butter
2 tablespoon of collagen protein powder
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
stevia to taste
a few ice cubes
Fat 10.2 g
Carbs 46.6 g
Net carbs 39.5 g
Sugars 23.2 g
Protein 31.5 g
