- 25 g of dried seaweed
- 1 tablespoon of umami paste (or 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon of Tamari sauce)
- 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to decorate
- Soak the dried seaweed in lukewarm water for 10 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. In the meantime, make the dressing, mixing all the ingredients together. If your seaweed feels wet, you can pat it with some kitchen paper. Mix the seaweed and the dressing, serve and decorate with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
