Ingredients

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup or 240g cooked peeled prawns
  • 6 Quails eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice from 1 Lemon
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the salad and cherry tomatoes.

  2. Put all the ingredients on a plate or in a container.

  3. If you want to have the salad later, you can stop the avocado from spoiling by squeezing some lime or lemon juice on top.

  4. Whisk your olive oil and lemon in a bowl and season to taste.

  5. Dress the salad, sprinkle with chives and serve!
