  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice from 1 Lemon
  • salt and pepper


  1. Wash and cut the salad and cherry tomatoes.

  2. Put all the ingredients on a plate or in a container.

  4. Whisk your olive oil and lemon in a bowl and season to taste.
