Sesame & Sumac Lamb Chops

METHOD

Ingredients

  • 360g or 4 lamb chops
  • Marinade:
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place the lamp chops in a dish, add the marinade mix and place in the fridge for 1 to 24 hours.

  2. Remove the lamb from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Heat a pan on medium to high heat. Fry the lamb chops for 3 minutes on each side or to your liking.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
