Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 meringue nest
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 fresh mint leaf
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Halve the strawberries and finely chop the mint leaf.

  2. In a small glass or ramekin, add half of the chopped strawberries.

  3. Break the meringue nest in half and put half aside. Take the broken meringue and crumble it on top of the strawberries.

  4. Add a tablespoon of the coconut yogurt and half of the chopped mint leaves.

  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 with the remaining ingredients.

  6. You can make this with any fruit of your choice, its so delicious!

Storage Tips

Store in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
