Ingredients

  • 1lb or 500g cod
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp or 30g chopped coriander
  • 8 green chopped beans
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Thai curry paste
  • 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mild olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the fish, egg, coriander, lime juice, fish sauce, curry paste, and arrowroot powder in a food processor and blend well.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and combine in the chopped green beans.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan on medium or high heat. Use two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop to help form the patties in the palm of your hand.

  4. Delicately place onto the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
