  • 2 shallots
  • 7 oz or 200g of spinach
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the chopped shallots. Fry for 7-10 minutes until they start gently browning and caramelizing.

  2. Add sea salt, black pepper, turmeric, and spinach.

  3. Continue frying for a couple of minutes until the spinach is ready. Enjoy!
