Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 7 oz or 200g of spinach
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the chopped shallots. Fry for 7-10 minutes until they start gently browning and caramelizing.
Add sea salt, black pepper, turmeric, and spinach.
Continue frying for a couple of minutes until the spinach is ready. Enjoy!
