Mental Health & Inflammation

Mental Wellbeing

In this episode, I am sharing my thoughts on mental health and its link to chronic inflammation.

Mental wellness has become a forefront issue during the pandemic and the restrictions when it comes to social interactions. I share with you the chemical processes that happen in our bodies due to the uncertainty we are facing and the reduced social interactions.

I also point out some unhealthy patterns that I have noticed on social media or the press when it comes to mental health, and I motivate you to take action to feel your best.

Mindset tips for Long Term Health

Yalda Alaoui

In this bonus episode, Yalda shares her thoughts on the power of moderation and why it is important to go easy on yourself while embarking on a health journey.

There are a lot of extreme measures in the modern world that include extreme diets, workouts, and other seemingly efficient quick fixes. These techniques seem beneficial in the short term, but as they cause stress (and guilt when we can’t keep up with them), they are detrimental to our long-term health.

In this episode, hear tips on how to remove this guilt and health extremism and achieve long-term health through easy, moderate, and enjoyable lifestyle changes.
