Signs of Inflammation That May Surprise You

What Are the Signs of Inflammation?

Hello Everyone! I am often asked what the signs of chronic inflammation are. Honestly, inflammation will express itself differently depending on your genes!

These are some common signs of chronic inflammation, though, that may surprise some of you:

  • Brain fog
  • Low moods
  • Chills
  • Nausea
  • Uncontrollable tears
  • Puffy eyes
  • Dry eyes
  • Swollen ankles
  • Swollen fingers
  • Mouth sores
  • Dark circles around your eyes
  • Melasma
  • Pigmentation
  • Facial lines are more visible
  • Elevated blood pressure
  • Back pain
  • Joint stiffness
  • Muscle ache
  • Itchy skin
  • Skin rash
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue
  • Headaches
  • Lack of energy

Fatigue, cramps, nausea, body chills, and feeling emotional for no reason – are all signs of inflammation.

It could signify that your body is dysregulated if the symptoms frequently happen. I suggest you visit your doctor and have tests to rule out health conditions.

When you receive your consultancy results and your inflammatory markers are high, a low-inflammation lifestyle will help you manage your inflammatory condition.

(Inflammation markers (CRP, ESR) are generally elevated in acute inflammation but tend not to give the whole picture, so make sure you have a good discussion with your doctor).

To note: This anti-inflammatory platform is prescribed by doctors and healthcare professionals worldwide.*

Lowering your inflammation as soon as possible assists you with reducing the risk of developing (and damage from) chronic inflammation if you are experiencing any of the above regularly (even without concern from a doctor).

Our lifestyles influence gene expression.

If you have any non-communicable diseases in your genes, like autoimmune diseases, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and chronic respiratory disease, living a high inflammation lifestyle will make you more susceptible to switching those genes on and developing an inflammatory condition yourself.

Inflammatory exercise may make you more likely to develop a non-communicable disease in your genes.

Also, studies show that chronic inflammation plays an unprecedented role in developing physical and mental diseases and has a significant role in the recovery of conditions.

Living a low-inflammation lifestyle protects you from disease, reduces disease, and helps you recover from illnesses and surgery more efficiently.
