Hi Yalda, I’ve been following the green list 80-90% of the time, as my body struggles with digestion and assimilation of foods. I cut out sugars in September and it helped a great deal (I have been gluten and milk intolerant since 6 yrs).
What I find amazing and so inspiring is that everything you tell us resonates on all levels with my struggles and experience, and it gives me support to continue on this path. I felt really lonely and depressed before coming in touch with your platform. I no longer feel ‘condemned’ to being in such a vulnerable state.
You give us very precise guidelines on how to be flexible, soft with ourselves and intuitive while being educated! Thank you for doing all the research work, it is priceless!
Personally, I follow my intuition now but having science based evidence makes me even more sure. I’m trying to be more kind to myself and accept the ways I’m conditioned. Certainly, your way of living life fully despite the memory of what you went through and embracing life with softness and mindfulness gives me a lot of positivity and strength!

I also integrate movement on a daily basis and your anti-inflammatory videos are amazing. I find very beneficial your way of presenting this style to your children- it is so inspiring! Again, flexible and mindful!
