I have been following the Eat Burn Sleep Lifestyle for around 5 weeks now after suffering from numerous annoying symptoms I put down to the perimenopause (which at 42 my Doctor told me I am too young to be going through).
I have always had food intolerances, headaches, and skin complaints including hormonal breakouts, and I was fed up with not feeling myself.
I have tried so many diets and lifestyles over the years and knew roughly what suited my body type but always felt like I was following a “diet” not backed by science that was limiting me, not nourishing and healing me.
